Delete your account

In the app

Open Settings, then Account and Delete my account. Confirmation and, where needed, Google re-authentication prevent accidental deletion.

Without app access

Email contact@ludyq.com from the address linked to Google Sign-In. Include your username and invitation code if known. We only request what is needed to verify ownership.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in identifier, email hint, username, sessions, and push devices.
• Your personal +1 history and account settings.
• Friendships and shared participation, while allowing friends to keep strictly anonymised statistics when necessary.
• The account is not merely disabled and cannot be recovered after deletion is completed.

Timing and retained data

A verified request is completed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in backups for 30 days.

We may temporarily retain only what is strictly required by law, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Already anonymised worldwide statistics can no longer identify you.
